THE STORY
This painting, "The Queen in Blue" of a young Queen Elizabeth II is a tribute to her remarkable legacy, created in honour of her Platinum Jubilee. Through my artistic perspective, I sought to capture the strength and grace of the young monarch, using a striking palette to convey her enduring influence. The deep royal blue symbolised power, dignity, and resilience, while the vibrant orange background adds a sense of warmth and vitality, highlighting her dynamic presence. This piece celebrates her extraordinary reign and offers a fresh, contemporary interpretation of a timeless icon.
