"Bolero" is a captivating mixed media collage inspired by the iconic music of Maurice Ravel and his mesmerising composition Bolero. In this piece, I sought to capture the dynamic dance between female and male figures, interpreting the rhythm and flow of the music through vibrant colours and intricate layers. The artwork's Art Deco style, with its bold geometric shapes and elegant design, perfectly complements the luxurious interiors of the Autograph Watermark Hotel in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Chosen by Kalisher Art Consultants for the hotel's transformation, this piece now graces the guest rooms of the hotel, offering a timeless, artistic touch that reflects the spirit of both the music and the venue.
